Paleo Pumpkin Spice Breakfast Muffins!
OMG I can't stop eating these! I have been playing in the kitchen this morning and created these delicious little Paleo nuggets for you to enjoy! Recipe below fam!
- 1 cup almond flour
- 1/2 cup coconut flour
- 1/4 cup Wander Life CC - Pumpkin Spice flavor
- 3/4 cup applesauce
- 3 tablespoons coconut oil
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 3 eggs
- 1/4 cup coconut sugar
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice (for extra pumpkin-ness)
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- Set oven to 350 degrees
- Mix all dry ingredients together
- Mix in eggs, vanilla extract, coconut oil, applesauce. Thoroughly mix!
- Pour batter in cupcake paper cups and bake for 20-22 minutes!
