Paleo Pumpkin Spice Breakfast Muffins!

OMG I can't stop eating these! I have been playing in the kitchen this morning and created these delicious little Paleo nuggets for you to enjoy! Recipe below fam!

  • 1 cup almond flour
  • 1/2 cup coconut flour
  • 1/4 cup Wander Life CC - Pumpkin Spice flavor
  • 3/4 cup applesauce
  • 3 tablespoons coconut oil
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 3 eggs
  • 1/4 cup coconut sugar
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice (for extra pumpkin-ness)
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  1. Set oven to 350 degrees
  2. Mix all dry ingredients together
  3. Mix in eggs, vanilla extract, coconut oil, applesauce. Thoroughly mix!
  4. Pour batter in cupcake paper cups and bake for 20-22 minutes!
