Ahh Valentine's Day. Love it or hate it, the holiday comes around every year. My husband and I usually skip the typical fancy Valentine's Day dinner and opt for a quiet evening in while cooking together over a bottle of wine. Generally I think the holiday is rather silly, but at the same time, any excuse to show a little extra love to your SO or besties can't be a bad thing right?
Ok you guys, rarely am I ever proud of anything that I cook but THIS is absolutely the best thing I've ever baked. It is the perfect size little dessert to share with your SO, bestie, or indulge by yourself :) It's the perfect little Valentine's Day treat to make that still fits within a Paleo/dairy free lifestyle!
